- When is tutoring available?
- Tutoring is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Whether it is a weekend, a holiday, or the night before a big exam, we are here whenever your child needs support.
- What ages are taught?
- We work with students at every level, from kindergarten through college. Whether your child needs help with early reading and math or a college student needs support with advanced coursework, we match them with the right tutor.
- Do you tutor students outside of California?
- Yes! We offer fully flexible, 1-on-1 online tutoring for K-12 students anywhere in the United States, keeping the same boutique, personalized approach.
- What happens if we need to cancel an online session?
- We have a strict zero cancellation fee policy. We know life gets busy, so you can reschedule or cancel your session anytime without any penalties.
- Do you offer online test prep for the SAT, ACT, and AP exams?
- Absolutely. We provide targeted, test preparation for the SAT, ACT, PSAT, and AP exams to help high schoolers across the country confidently raise their scores.

- Do you help with college essays?
- Yes. We guide students through every stage of the college essay, from brainstorming and outlining to drafting and polishing, helping them craft authentic, compelling personal statements and supplemental essays that stand out to admissions officers.
- How long is each tutoring session?
- Sessions are typically 60 minutes, but we tailor the length to your child’s age, attention span, and goals. Younger students often benefit from shorter, more frequent sessions, while test prep and college-level work may call for longer blocks.
- Do you keep parents updated on progress?
- Yes. We believe families should always know how things are going, so tutors share regular updates on progress, wins, and areas to keep working on, keeping you informed every step of the way.
- How do we communicate with the tutor?
- All communication with the tutor happens in a group chat that includes the supervisor, the tutor, the parent, and the student. This keeps everyone on the same page and makes scheduling and updates simple and transparent.
- How does payment work?
- After each session, a payment request is sent directly to the parent. It is a simple, pay-as-you-go process with no upfront commitment required.
- Do you offer any package discounts?
- Yes! When you purchase a package of 8 sessions, you receive a 5% discount, a great option for families planning ongoing, consistent support.
